   At Corvallis High School

Students in this course design and build electric powered vehicles suitable for racing in Electrathon and Electron Run races.  Electric power is provided by no more than 64 pounds of lead-acid batteries.  Motors are typically in the 1 to 2 horsepower range.  Most cars have three wheels.
